What aid did Morocco provide to Palestine?.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, ordered the sending of humanitarian aid to the residents of Gaza, consisting of more than 40 tons of food supplies. In addition to the institutional assistance, which he provided through the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, His Majesty sponsored a large portion of the assistance provided, especially that directed to infants and young children, from his own funds.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, also issued his royal instructions to the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency to provide food assistance to the residents of the city of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, which includes distributing 2,000 food baskets benefiting 2,000 Jerusalemite families, and providing 1,000 meals a day for the benefit of Palestinians in the city. The aid also includes establishing an emergency coordination room at Al-Quds Hospital.

Towards the end of January, the National Electricity and Water Office in Morocco entered into an agreement with renewable energy firms Nareva and GE Vernova to conduct a feasibility study. The study aims to assess the possibility of replacing conventional fuels with green hydrogen to power a 99-megawatt station in Laayoune. In a joint statement, the office and the two companies affirmed that GE Vernova will facilitate the operation of the Laayoune power plant entirely with green hydrogen produced at Nareva's wind farm, thereby supporting Morocco's goal to increase its renewable energy share from the current 40% to 52% by 2030.
